Organization Contest
March 12, 2016
Chamber Orchestra (7/8th Grade) only
The Chamber Orchestra will be going to contest! We have been working towards this performance for some time now and the music is taking shape! We’re going to continue to work hard right up until the day.
Families are encouraged to attend this performance so there is a cheering section in the audience.
Attire
- Orchestra Polo
- Black Slacks/Skirt
- Dress Shoes/Socks/Hose.
Confirmation
Parents, please confirm that your child is good to go and will be at the MSN Orchestra room at 9:15 AM. A simple email will suffice (riley.broach@lz95.org).
Chaperones Needed (one w/ van)
If you are able to chaperone on this trip (that includes riding on teh bus, taking attendance, helping at the contest, etc.) please let me know ASAP (riley.broach@lz95.org). The orchestra needs about 3-5 parents to attend.
Also, we could use a chaperone that has a van for us to haul basses and cellos. We have just enough room on the bus for the students and probably all of the instruments, but just to be safe, it’d be great to have a chaperone follow the bus hauling some of the larger instruments.
